pDsdAvailableSystem	Available Systems Array of all available systems.
pDsdApnAvailableSystemInfo	DSD APN Available System Info
pDsdCurRecGlobalPrefSystem	Current and Recommended APN Available System Info
pDsdApnCurRecGlobalPrefSystem	Current and Recommended Global Preferred System Info.
